These terms cover purchases from Oxygena Inc at barkreserve.com. By ordering you agree to them.

Plans and billing

BarkReserve Core is sold as a monthly plan. You are billed on the day you order and on the same day each month until you cancel. Shipments follow the schedule shown for your dog’s plan (every 4 weeks to every 2 months), so some months a canister ships and some months it does not; billing is monthly either way. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States.

Cancelling and changing

Cancel or change your plan at any time by emailing hello@barkreserve.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date; you will not be billed again after that. Canisters already shipped are yours.

Shipping

Ships and delivers within 3 business days. We ship within the United States only. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves.

90-day guarantee

If within 90 days of your first order you do not see a difference, or your dog will not eat it, email us and we refund the amounts you paid. No return shipping. One guarantee claim per household.

What the product is and is not

BarkReserve Core is a dog supplement that supports joint comfort and mobility. It is not a drug, does not treat or cure any disease, and is not a substitute for veterinary care. Research we cite was conducted on individual ingredients, not on this product. If your dog is unwell, on medication or pregnant, ask your vet before use. Keep out of reach of children; for dogs only.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
