How we handle your information

Oxygena Inc (“we”, “us”) operates barkreserve.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you take the quiz: your dog’s name, weight band, age band, the signs you select, and what they eat. If you give an email, we store it with those answers so we can send the plan.

When you order: your name, email, shipping address and the plan you chose. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, which page you arrived on, and the steps you take (for example, started the quiz, reached checkout). This tells us which pages work. If the Meta Pixel is enabled, Meta also receives standard page and purchase events so our advertising can be measured; you can block it with a tracking blocker or in your browser settings.

When you contact us: your email and message.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, bill your plan each month, answer your questions, send the plan you asked for, honour the guarantee, and understand which parts of the site help people. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and subscription billing), our shipping and fulfilment partner (name and address, to deliver your order), Cloudflare (hosting), email service providers (to send receipts, tracking and the plan you requested), and Meta, only if the pixel is enabled. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

Email hello@barkreserve.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, to cancel your plan, or to stop marketing email. We keep order records as long as tax and consumer law require.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
