Supports joint comfort so the everyday things stay easy: the stairs, the car, the first steps after a nap.
Supports flexible joints and healthy movement, for the walk that stays a walk.
Supports healthy cartilage, tendons and ligaments, the structures that carry a senior dog.
Supports normal muscle metabolism in older dogs, so strength keeps up with the joints.
The slow layer: collagen and glucosamine that keep building through month three and beyond.
A beef-liver granule scooped onto food. No chew to refuse, no pill to hide, no liquid to measure.
Three layers, one routine
Good things take time. The formula works in layers, and the bars show roughly when each one is doing its work.
PEA and eggshell membrane. Studied from the first weeks.
Green-lipped mussel. The first months.
Collagen peptides, UC-II, glucosamine. Still building at month three.

Eight ingredients, each with its own research in dogs, and each on the label with its amount. No chews, no sugar, no glycerin, no soft-chew binders.
Our story
BarkReserve started with a merle French Bulldog slowing down on the stairs, and a founder who read every label and found blends with no amounts. So the first product is one formula, every amount on the jar, made in a NASC-audited facility and tested batch by batch.
Senior-dog care notes, new formulas and early access. No more than twice a month.
One level scoop per 10 kg (22 lb) of body weight, once a day, to the nearest half scoop. The scoop has a half line inside. Mix it into wet food, or moisten kibble with a tablespoon or two of warm water so the granules cling.
Seven actives, every amount on the label: bioactive collagen peptides, PEA (Levagen+), eggshell membrane (NEM), green-lipped mussel, UC-II undenatured type II collagen, plant-fermented glucosamine and L-carnitine, in a beef-liver coated granule with natural vitamin E. No sugar, glycerin, dairy, soft-chew binders or synthetic preservatives.
Chews need binders, humectants and sugars to stay soft, and the actives have to fit around them. A granule is mostly active: the collagen peptides are the body of it. It also goes into food, so a dog that spits out chews does not get a vote.
Plan on weeks, not days. The fast layer (PEA, eggshell membrane) was studied for change inside the first weeks; the collagen layer keeps building past month three. That is why the guarantee runs 90 days.
Each active has its own published research in dogs, and we list it on the formula page. Those studies tested the ingredients, not BarkReserve itself, and we say so. BarkReserve supports joint comfort and mobility; it does not treat or cure any condition.
